At TherapySouth Helena, we focus on hands on care. Our experienced therapists are Manual Therapy Certified which means that they've undergone extensive training in a variety of hands on techniques to mobilize stiff joints and muscles in order to decrease pain and improve movement. We couple Manual Therapy with corrective exercises to teach you to move correctly. We promise that we will listen to you and do our very best to help you feel better, move better and get back to the activities you want to be able to do.

Nolan Williams graduated from UAB's Doctor of Physical Therapy Program in 2009 and has been practicing in an Outpatient Orthopedic setting since 20101. He has earned multiple certifications to better his skills including a Manual Therapy Certification from the University of St. Augustine in 2014, Level 2 Dry Needling Certification, and an Instrument Assisted Soft-Tissue Mobilization Certification. He is passionate about providing the best physical therapy care possible. He treats all types of problems throughout the body including Temporomandibular dysfunction and Headaches, neck pain, low back pain, plantar fasciitis, and post-operative rehabilitation. Nolan is married and has 3 children. He is a Christian and he enjoys exercising, hunting and fishing.
