Giovanni graduated from Brooklyn College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training and later obtained his master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from New York Medical College. Over the past 13 years Giovanni has developed his skills to effectively assess and rehabilitate the athlete as a whole and treat the underlying causes of their injuries. He has worked with many athletes from New York High Schools, Colleges and organizations including the NYPD football team, semiprofessional football and basketball teams in New York and is currently the head trainer for Lincoln High school football team. Giovanni specializes in the post-operative care of various orthopedic injuries and the prevention and rehabilitation of various athletic injuries. Giovanni strives to provide the same high quality care to all his patients ranging from students to professional athletes.
Sean Anthony Thomas graduated from Brown University in 2003, with a Bachelors of Science in Psychology. While at Brown, Dr. Thomas was the captain of the Division I Track and Field Team and was crowned Ivy League Indoor and Outdoor Champion in the Triple Jump. Dr. Thomas graduated from SUNY Downstate Medical Center with his doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2011 where he earned the Alumnae Award for Leadership, the Community Service Award, and the Best Research Award for his thesis entitled “Facilitating a Positive Change in Physical Activity Level with African American Adolescent Girls using the Trans-Theoretical Model.” In 2012, Dr.Thomas founded a community-based workout group called Fit 4 You NYC offering free, weekly exercise classes in Brooklyn. In 2014, Dr.Thomas became the President of Be More Today, a fitness company which teaches fundamentals about exercise and injury prevention to community based organizations. Dr.Thomas has been working at One on One since 2012 and has promoted to Associate Director in 2016. Dr. Thomas is a Graston Provider, a former professional dancer, a two time Spartan Trifecta Finisher, and is running the NYC marathon in November.
