One on One Bay Ridge is a 3,600 square foot state of the art Sports Orthopedic Physical Therapy facility. The staff of Physical Therapists consist of Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, Hospital for Special Surgery Credentialed Advanced Hip Clinician, Certified Kinesio-Taping Practioners, Certified Athletic Trainers, and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists. Every patient will undergo a thorough Orthopedic Physical Therapy examination during their initial visit. We provide an elite service in a professional and friendly atmosphere. One on One Bayridge is a rehab network provider for Hospital for Special Surgery, NYU Joint Diseases, and TRIARQ Physicians Group. We are the proud providers of Sport Rehabilitation services to Xaverian High school, Fort Hamilton High School, New Utrect High School, Brooklyn Italians Soccer Organization, FDNY, NYPD, and DSNY.

Neha earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from D’youville College in 2015. She graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Waterloo in 2010. Neha is skilled in treating various musculoskeletal injuries, sports related injures and pre/post surgical care. Through her affiliations, Neha has experience in orthopedic, pediatric and inpatient rehabilitation. She believes in using up to date evidence based research to carry out her treatments. Neha credits highly in continuing education and attends classes and conferences to further her clinical knowledge and skills.
Dr. Alfred Raccuia, PT graduated from the College of Staten Island in 2013 with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Alfred graduated from the program with an award for highest academic excellence, having excelled in all his coursework. He attained his Bachelor of Biopsychology in Biology in 2007 From Wagner College. Alfred is a respected member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), and is a part of their orthopedic section. Alfred began his physical therapy career at One On One in 2009 as a PT Aide and later completed a clinical affiliation there, having gained valuable experience in the field of orthopedics and sports rehabilitation. Alfred then started at Staten Island University Hospital to gain a better understanding of acute care physical therapy, and also had jobs in the pediatric and orthopedic fields. Alfred decided to return to One on One in 2014 to further his knowledge in the field of orthopedics, with the ultimate goal of attaining a Certification as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist.
