We specialize in the provision of comprehensive physical therapy to individuals following joint replacement, arthroscopic and reconstructive surgeries, and spine surgeries as well as non-surgical orthopedic, sports, and spinal-related injuries.
We strive to offer an exemplary model of patient care in a professional and caring environment. Our skilled staff of highly trained physical therapists have extensive experience in treating advanced orthopedic injuries, and are referred by many of the area's and nation's top physicians.
Our ability to provide focused expertise in orthopedics is strongly supported by our team-centric environment and we view our team as equals working together towards one common goal: the patient’s rehabilitation and recovery. Our philosophy is to roll out the ‘red carpet’ for every patient who comes in contact with our company, whether it be on a phone call or when stepping through our front door.
Our Physical Therapists are held to a high standard and are selected not solely on resume, but on the clinical and interpersonal skills they possess. Prospective patients can be assured of consistency and meticulous attention to their needs. We have a very low patient per-hour ratio, allowing our Physical Therapists to spend ample time with each patient to achieve optimal results. Our goal is to establish relationships for a lifetime, but not treat patients for a lifetime. We take pride in being a low-volume practice, which is how we gained our reputation for providing the best care in Bergen County.
Our foundation for success has been built upon providing exceptional quality care, while at the same time maintaining an unsurpassed level of professional standards.

Kevin received his undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware in Exercise Physiology and Strength and Conditioning while playing rugby. He then went on to earn his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Rutgers University in 2018 while serving as a teaching assistant in Gross Anatomy for the first year DPT students. Kevin’s love for Physical therapy started in high school when he had multiple injuries that plagued his athletic career. This sparked his interest in training around his injuries, and researching different rehab techniques so that he could rehabilitate himself. His belief is that an injury should never deter an active lifestyle. Kevin earned his certified strength and conditioning specialty (CSCS) in 2016, and since, has worked with many high school, collegiate, and professional athletes. In particular, Kevin loves to work with any athlete, from the professional, to the weekend warrior. He currently is a CrossFit coach at Hudson River CrossFit in Hoboken.
Christina graduated magna cum laude from the CUNY Macaulay Honors College at the College of Staten Island in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology Honors. She continued on at the College of Staten Island to receive her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2016. Her education through CSI and in outpatient facilities offered vast experience working with many patient populations, with an emphasis on manual therapy and orthopedics. Christina completed graduate clinical fieldwork in various settings, including outpatient orthopedics, inpatient rehabilitation (with a focus on traumatic brain injury, stroke, and spinal cord injury), and acute care rehabilitation. Although each setting has implications for every patient she sees, Christina is currently working towards specializing and receiving post-graduate certifications in manual therapy interventions through various institutions.
