Evan had an active childhood, participating in several sports including Soccer, Tennis, Baseball, and even travelled across the country participating in Gaelic football tournaments. Evan also was heavily interested in Science and Medicine at a young age, and knew early on in life that his passion for learning and science would become a part of his adult life. Evan developed his interest for Physical therapy when he himself developed chronic knee pain. He experienced first-hand what it felt like to recover from injury and return to doing the things he loved to do. His experience inspired him to want to help people and while attending Physical Therapy, he realized that this profession could allow him to foster his passion for learning and science and apply it a positive way. Evan enjoys treating patients of all ages and conditions. However, he does particularly enjoy treating both knee and shoulder injuries. Through constant communication, Evan is able to establish attainable goals during every stage of the rehabilitation process and customizes each therapy program to each specific patient. In his daily life, Evan enjoys spending time with family and friends. He likes to travel and experience new cultures and plans to continue travelling when he can. Recreationally, Evan continues to play Tennis and has developed an interest in golf. Evan is a lifelong New York Jets and Yankees fan and attends games every year.

Upon receiving a bachelor degree from the University of Delaware, John went on to City College of New York's College of Staten Island earning a second bachelor degree in Science and a Master Degree in Physical Therapy, graduating with Highest Honors. He furthered his education by earning a Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy. During his career, John has worked with patients ranging from age 3 months to 98 years and athletes from youth to professional levels. In recent years, John has developed an affinity for working with both the knee and shoulder joints. At an early age, John developed his interest in physical therapy, following in the footsteps of his older brother, a physical therapist and owner of a sports and rehabilitation practice on Long Island. Being an athlete himself, John frequently utilized physical therapy services and saw the impact it had, not only on his life but also the hundreds of other patients who were seeing tremendous results from physical therapy. John was a three-sport athlete in high school (football, basketball and lacrosse), captain of his teams and won various honors in all three sports. John was recruited to play both Division 1 football and lacrosse before deciding to attend the University of Delaware and focus on his studies. Sports continues to play a large role in his life, as he is an avid runner, competing in runs of varying distances, including his first half marathon in 2015. He continues to play basketball in a men's league in Montvale, NJ where he and his family reside. John is married to his wife Alexia and they have two young children, Kaitlyn and John.
Dipal graduated summa cum laude from Rutgers University School of Health Related Professions (Legacy UMDNJ) with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Prior to this, she attended Rutgers University, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Sports Studies and minors in Biology and Nutrition. Despite being recruited to play soccer in college, Dipal chose to focus on her academics. She continued to play soccer recreationally and participate in a variety of other on-campus organizations. In addition to pursuing her passion for soccer growing up, Dipal also played softball and was an avid oboe player. Dipal first became interested in physical therapy after suffering a muscular/cartilage tear in her hip during high school. She soon after discovered the field of physical therapy, and quickly learned it was the perfect profession for her, as it combined her love for sports and exercise, medicine, and helping others. Dipal finds joy in treating patients of all ages and diagnoses; however, she has taken a particular interest in the upper quadrant, encompassing the neck/shoulder complex, elbow, wrist, and hand. Additionally, she has a passion for working with young, female athletes suffering from various sports-related injuries, particularly high-school aged female soccer players with hip and knee injuries. Due to her own experience with this, she is not only able to understand the physical ramifications regarding these injuries, but also the emotional turmoil that faces this population.
